    Remedial Massage Therapist Leah Dwyer Leah is originally from Canada but made Sydney her home in 1997. She offers relaxation, pregnancy, remedial and sports massage.

    Leah has a keen interest in current pain science and has continued her pain management education by completing courses at the Pain Management Research Institute at North Shore Hospital and Macquarie University.

    Recently, Leah has worked with Painaustralia by appearing on ABC news, The House of Wellness and Channel 9 and 10 news, to discuss her personal experience with chronic neck pain.

    Fitness has always played an important part in Leah’s life. When not massaging, Leah can be found in her kayak on the harbour, trail running or weight training.

    As the mother of an Autistic boy, Leah understands the power of massage to soothe and settle anyone of any age. Whatever your need, Leah is guaranteed to give you a well-deserved hour of attention.

    Remedial Massage Therapist Jacky Bramley Jacky has been practicing Remedial Massage for over 15 years. Her passion, intuition, confidence and experience are easy to see when you get a massage from her.

    Remedial Massage Therapist AJ Konak AJ is a fully qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with a Diploma of Remedial Massage. He offers a wide range of techniques to his clients including relaxation, deep tissue, sports massage, myofacial release technique and trigger point therapy.

    Having played soccer for 20 years, and being a 3 year representative national oztag player, AJ understands and can treat the injuries that are slowing down your game (or even keeping you off the field!).

    His passion as a massage therapist is to assist clients in reducing pain with massage as well as educate them on how to achieve necessary goals to improve their quality of life.

    Tom Clarke

    North Ryde Remedial Massage Therapist Tom Clarke

    Tom has been active and involved in fitness since playing field hockey as a child. His philosophy is ‘take care of your overall health and the rest takes care of itself’. Massage became very important and effective in his rehabilitation after suffering a number of sports injuries from running and martial arts. Tom does weight training 5 days per week, Hapkido martial arts 3 days per week, and practises yoga and callisthenics daily, so by the end of the week, he loves to get a great massage.

    Tom believes in helping others achieve their health and fitness goals, which is why he has chosen massage as his career. He strongly promotes the idea that we can improve our lives so much by simply looking after our bodies through a healthy diet, plenty of exercise, adequate sleep and regular massages. After a great massage, clients are better able to get back to their daily activities, whether that be sports or life in general, with greater range of movement, less muscular pain and feeling better overall.

    Anna Kaminski is a fully qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with over 15 years of experience. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience in a variety of massage styles, including relaxation, remedial, sports, and deep tissue massage, as well as pregnancy and postnatal massage.

    Anna firmly believes that massage plays a vital role in assisting with pain management and for injury recovery. She has worked with people of all ages and professions, and has gained knowledge in the treatment of a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.

    Menelik ‘Ben’ Haylemariam

    Originally from Ethiopia, Menelik or as he is better known in the clinic- ‘Ben’ has been living in Sydney since 2010.

    After completing his nursing qualification in Tasmania and working in the industry for several years, Ben looked for a change of pace but to remain in a in a role that would utilise his knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and bioscience. This lead him to completing his formal remedial massage qualifications.

    Ben’s nursing background, combined with his passion for the massage profession has provided him with the ability to confidently treat muscular issues through remedial massage therapy, and he is happy to adapt his style to suit his clients needs,  be it for sports, deep tissue, or relaxation.

If you’re after the ultimate in relaxation, you can’t go past a ninety minute indulgent remedial massage. A ninety minute remedial massage gives your therapist plenty of time to work deep into every tight muscle, and focus on every tender point, leaving you feeling absolutely relaxed and care free.

Sixty minutes – $110

For most clients a sixty minute remedial massage is the perfect balance between benefit and cost – it’s our most popular remedial massage. Your therapist can use 60 minutes to get your entire body relaxed before moving on to specific targeted work on the areas that are important to you.

Thirty minutes – $66

A thirty minute remedial massage is great for those who are short on time. Thirty minutes allows enough time to get into the problem areas and deliver a targeted, fast pace, deep massage.
