Discover Pilates® near Lane Cove
Are you looking for awesome Pilates near Lane Cove? Look no further! Discover Pilates® specialises in equipment-based, small-group Pilates classes. To ensure excellent results for our students we tailor each session to the needs and goals of the individuals, and limit each class to 4 participants. Students may book a class at a time that suits them (what we call a ‘Private Pilates class’), or join one of our timetabled small-group classes (what we call a ‘Studio class’). All classes are 1hr in duration and bookings are essential.
Classes and fees:
Studio Pilates classes are held at scheduled times throughout the week. Our Studio Classes cost $44 per class per student if paid for casually, or $40 per class per student if purchased as a block of 10 classes ($400).
Private Pilates classes can be booked outside of our Studio Pilates class times (subject to instructor availability). Private class fees are dependent on the number of students in your group: $90 per class for a 1 on 1 private class, $130 per class for 2 students ($65 each), $150 for 3 students ($50 each), or $160 for 4 students ($40 each).
To ensure the quality of each class, we limit student numbers to 4-5 (for both our private classes and studio classes), and each new student must attend an initial consultation (a 1 on 1 private class) at which your instructor will discuss with you your needs and goals.
