Do you want amazing Pilates near Gladesville? Here we are! At Discover Pilates® we specialise in equipment-based, small-group Pilates classes. We ensure excellent results for our students by tailoring each session to the needs and goals of the individuals, in addition to limiting each class to only 4-5 participants. All classes are 1hr in duration and bookings are essential.
Classes and fees:
Studio Pilates classes are timetabled throughout the week, and cost $44 per class per student (if paid for casually), or $40 per class per student if the student purchases a block of 10 classes ($400).
Private Pilates classes may be booked outside of our Studio Pilates class times (subject to instructor availability). Private class fees vary depending on the number of students in your group: $90 per class for a 1 on 1 private class, $130 per class for 2 students ($65 each), $150 for 3 students ($50 each), or $160 for 4 students ($40 each).
To ensure the quality of each class, student numbers are limited to 4-5 (for both our private classes and studio classes). We also make it a requirement that each new client attend an initial consultation (a 1 on 1 private class) at which your instructor will discuss with you your needs and goals, before commencing further classes.

How to get started:
Experience tells us that regardless of your reasons for starting Pilates, learning the basics well is important for achieving great results. For this reason we insist that each of our new students attend a 30 minute, 1 on 1 initial consultation at which your instructor will discuss with you your needs and goals and either teach you the basics (if you are new to Pilates) or or assess where you’re up to (if you’ve done Pilates before). The initial consult is $50.
For your first class, you should aim to arrive ten minutes early to to complete some paperwork. Wear comfortable exercise clothing that lets you move freely, and bring a pair of clean socks with you to wear during the session. Change rooms are available for your use if required.
