    Elizabeth Rigg (née Katalinic)

    Physiotherapist Yonit Nahmias With an extensive sports history since a young age, Elizabeth developed an interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation. This lead her on to doing a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and then a Masters of Physiotherapy at Sydney university.

    Since then Elizabeth has developed years of experience working in private practice and treating many patients with various sporting and sedentary lifestyle injuries, particularly knee injuries and pain, and with a focus on exercise based rehabilitation to resolve these injuries as well as preventing future injury.

    Victoria Lee

    Physiotherapist Victoria Lee
    Victoria completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy with honours at James Cook University.
    She has a passion for getting you back to doing the things you love, and will always take a holistic approach to your recovery.
    She particularly has a special interest in Women’s Health, which involves the management of pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, prolapse and also pregnancy related aches and pains both pre and postnatally.
    Her other interest areas include sporting injuries, headaches and post surgical rehabilitation.
    Her treatment involves focusing on your needs and goals as an individual using up to date evidence based practice to provide relevant treatment and information. She will assess you as a whole person and aim to determine the cause of the issue, and not just treat the symptoms you experience.
    Outside of work you can find Victoria on the AFL field or out and about enjoying the sunshine with her friends and family.

    Ashley Omeissah

    Ashley is a qualified and experienced Physiotherapist. She completed a B.App.Sci (Physiotherapy) degree at the University of Sydney. Ashley has worked at the following hospitals:

    She has also worked in private Physiotherapy practices. Ashley’s experience includes but is not limited to:

    Yonit Nahmias

    Physiotherapist Yonit Nahmias With over 14 years working as a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor in both Israel and Australia, Yonit is a very experienced physiotherapist.

    Yonit has worked closely with national gymnasts, dancers, soccer players, surfers, rowers, tennis players and helped them recover from sports injuries to continue participating in their chosen sport.

    She specialises in neuromuscular and neurological disorders, orthopaedic rehabilitation, sports injuries, pelvic floor dysfunction, post-natal care, thoracic and connect therapy and postural corrections.

    Yonit has a philosophy which embraces the client’s knowledge of their own body and works holistically and collaboratively with you on your treatment plan so you can safely and confidently get back to doing what you love most.

    Yonit’s deep understanding that a physical injury often impacts other areas of well-being drives her compassionate and person centred approached to recovery.

    Additionally, Yonit specialises in NDIS and Elder clients promoting confidence and increasing levels of independency. For clients who have difficulty getting to the clinic, Yonit has been conducting home care treatments.

    Scott Lyon

    Physiotherapist Yonit Nahmias Scott’s passion for Physiotherapy began while he was working as a CrossFit trainer, teaching members safe and functional movements, and promoting an active lifestyle. In order to pursue his passion, Scott packed up his belongings, left North Queensland and made his way to Sydney, where he began his degree at Western Sydney University.

    During his undergraduate studies, Scott’s focus shifted from teaching people how to move safely and correctly in the gym, to guiding others back from injury through a combination of hands on treatment techniques and functional exercise.

    He continues to promote an active lifestyle, and in his personal life, Scott can be found in the CrossFit gym, hiking along trails rarely travelled and volunteering with the State Emergency Service.

    Alex Donald

    Physiotherapist Alex Donald As one of Australia’s leading Physiotherapists, Alex has advanced the profession with special interests in the treatment of headaches, chronic foot pain and orthotics.

    Having trained many elite athletes, weekend warriors, and beginners over a wide variety of sports, Alex has been uniquely placed to train Physiotherapists in how to best treat everyone at every level.

    Working closely with Olympic Physiotherapists, he has gained valuable experience and has treated a number of elite athletes through both Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates.

    Dominic Fitzgerald

    Physio Dom Fitzgerald Dom holds a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree and is an experienced Physiotherapist. Dom has a passion for rehabilitation, whether it be acute sporting injuries or chronic illness. Over the years he has developed an interest in treating shoulders, back and knees, along with a special interest in rheumatology, an area he has practiced in for nearly three years.

    Prior to working as a physiotherapist Dom spent five years as an exercise physiologist. He enjoys combining hands on manual therapy with exercise prescription in his treatment approach. After sustaining numerous injuries over the years he understand the importance of effective and efficient rehabilitation.

What to expect in your treatments –

Initial consultations – If it is your first time to our clinic, this initial session will involve a discussion with your Physiotherapist of why you came to our clinic, what you hope to achieve and your past medical history. In addition to this, you will receive an initial treatment that may provide some relief from pain, introduce you to basic exercises or teach you self-management skills.

Standard consultations  – Upon completing your first consultation, a customised treatment plan will have been designed that will address your concerns. Your sessions will gradually progress to become more complex and challenging, where you will notice the changes your body has made to get back onto the path to good health.
  • Physiotherapy fees

    The fee for an initial consultation with a member of our Physio team is $110 (allow up to 30 minutes)
    A standard consultation is $97 (allow up to 30 minutes)
    A long consultation is $160 (allow up to 1-hour)

    *Private health funds generally cover a portion of our fees, depending on your level of cover.

    *Seniors and Students receive 10% off if they visit ‘off-peak’ between 8am and 12pm, Monday through Friday.
