Tom does weight training 5 days per week, Hapkido martial arts 3 days per week, and practises yoga and callisthenics daily, so by the end of the week, he loves to get a great massage.
Tom believes in helping others achieve their health and fitness goals, which is why he has chosen massage as his career. He strongly promotes the idea that we can improve our lives so much by simply looking after our bodies through a healthy diet, plenty of exercise, adequate sleep and regular massages. After a great massage, clients are better able to get back to their daily activities, whether that be sports or life in general, with greater range of movement, less muscular pain and feeling better overall.
