Osteopath Dr Patricia Thomas

With over 20 years of clinical experience, Patricia brings a wealth of knowledge to the treatment of complex pain and musculoskeletal conditions. Her interest in osteopathy began after personally experiencing the benefits of holistic, hands-on care during her recovery from a serious accident – an encounter that shaped her compassionate and evidence-based approach to practice.

Patricia can assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of neck, shoulder, thoracic and hip conditions, RSI conditions of the elbow, forearm, wrist, and hand, as well as persistent or multi-site pain presentations. She enjoys working with active individuals, athletes, and those with hyper-mobility who may struggle to stretch or stabilise safely. Her treatments combine precise joint manipulation, soft tissue techniques, dry needling, and tailored exercise programs, with an emphasis on helping patients build confidence and self-management skills between visits.

In addition to her clinical work, Patricia has contributed to elite sports medicine teams and continually extends her professional knowledge through advanced training across multiple medical and health fields. She welcomes anyone aged 14 and over — whether recovering from injury or seeking to optimise their physical wellbeing.
