Marina’s approach
Marina approaches each client in a kind and respectful way, treating each person as an individual, and taking into account the sensitive concerns that people may have with their health, allowing adequate time to listen to clients’ history and evaluating the interactions among genetic, environmental, biochemical, emotional and lifestyle factors that influence health and chronic disease. This holistic assessment approach allows her to provide integrative and individualised treatment plans that lead to the client experiencing true health, rather than simply disease management.
Treatments may include diet advice, lifestyle changes, mindfulness techniques, and the provision of supportive herbs and supplements to adapt the body’s responses to stress whilst building your strength and wellbeing.
